2023 Social Sciences Research Symposium Held on 22nd June

The Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization -- ORIC - University of Sahiwal organized a research symposium in collaboration with the Departments of Business Administration, Commerce and Economics on 22nd June 2023, to enhance the research exposure of faculty and postgraduate students.
Two eminent experts from top-ranking universities in Pakistan delivered their keynote lectures, and a number of students and faculty members presented their research work, followed by a question-answer session with the keynote speakers. The students had the opportunity to share research ideas live with professors from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan and the University of the Punjab, Lahore (Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hassan Bucha and Prof. Dr. Naveed Iqbal, respectively).
The event was attended by a large number of students and faculty members. The Head of DBA and Commerce, Dr. Shaheera Amin inaugurated the session with her opening remarks, and the Director of ORIC, Dr. Muhammad Ayyoub thanked the attendees, guest speakers, organizing committee of students and faculty members. The symposium coordinators, Dr. Saira Aziz, Dr. Muhammad Abdullah and Dr. Samra Malik deserve special appreciation for their help in organizing such a successful event.
